Therefore, all products must conform to strict regulatory standards, show documented evidence of compliance and verify that electrical and electronic products sold in the European Union do not contain lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) above the legal allowable amount established within the EU regulations.
