According to ANATEL Resolution nº 700/2018 in Article 11 and the Official Letter nº 659/2018, the SAR maximum measured value should be displayed in the operating manual or on the packaging of the mobile device.
The SAR value must be displayed in one of the following manners:
- Product packaging
- User manual accompanying the product
- Electronic Manual available on the Manufacturer’s or Applicant’s website. However, there must be clear guidelines in the product’s manual on how to access the electronic version of the manual.
