On November 19, 2021, the Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) published RSS-248, Issue 1. The Radio Standard Specification (RSS) defines the certification requirements for license-exempt low-power Radio Local Area Network (RLAN) devices operating indoors in the 5925-7125 MHz frequency band (6 GHz).
This standard entered into force on the date of its online publication.
