The Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes (ANATEL), has published public consultation Nº 1/2022. This proposal regards the update of the technical requirements for conformity assessment of Optical Network Terminal (ONT), Optical Line Terminal (OLT) and Optical Network Unit (ONU) equipment for fiber optic networks with passive network standards GPON, XGPON and XGSPON.
