Costa Rica has issued changes to regulatory procedures. The new regulations are for devices that use free bands such as 2.4GHz, 5GHz, 433Mhz and 60GHz among others.
The two major changes are :
- They now allow Family approval.
- Modular approvals: all modular certifications must be submitted with the datasheets of the end devices that will use the module.
