In response to COVID-19, more Type Approval delays are to be expected in Africa. Please be assured that all of us at iCertifi are continuing to process applications and most global regulatory authorities have announced they will operate on a remote platform.
- Chad – Agency has resumed activity as usual
- Libya- Agency has resumed activities with minor restrictions
- South Africa – Agency staff will continue to work remotely and the physical process will be done when the agency resumes
- Sudan – Lock down has been extended until June 18th, we can submit applications as soon as the agency resumes
- Democratic Republic of Congo – Agency staff will continue to work remotely and lock down was extended until June 8th
- Maldives – Lock down has been extended til June 11th, type approval applications will be affected
