Regulatory updates will come into effect as of January 2019 in Belarus. Belarus National Radio/Telecom Technical Regulation TR 2018/024/BY has been approved by The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and will replace the current mandatory requirements set forth in Resolution 849/2016.
The new resolutions include a list of products subject to Energy Efficiency labeling requirements as well as an updated list of RTTE products subject to mandatory certification. Current certifications issued under Resolution 849/2016 are valid until their expiration date. Devices that are approved in accordance with the new Resolution TR/2018/024/BY need to be marked with the national conformity mark “TP BY”.
