On March 5, 2021, ANATEL published Act Nº 1477 that establishes the technical requirements for the use of the spectrum by devices operating in the frequency range from 3,300 MHz to 3,700 MHz.
This new publication makes it possible to test and approve the 5G NR band n78 in Brazil. This Act will enter into effect on April 1, 2021. The official document can be viewed here.
