On November 26, 2021, ANATEL issued an Official Letter Nº 233/2021 which extends the COVID-19 exception for renewals.
Certificates that expire between March 06, 2020 and July 31, 2022, will be allowed to renew without testing and presentation of pictures. This applies only for devices that did not undergo any change in its components compared to the previous certification.
