On December 10, 2020, ANATEL opened a public consultation for devices with Wi-Fi 6E technology. The consultation is intended to update Act 14448 (Technical Requirements For Assessing Conformity Assessment of Restricted Radiation Equipment) to include the testing and limits for the 5925-7125 MHz range.
Interested parties can access the public consultation No. 82 of 2020 in the Public Consultations Monitoring System (SACP) and will be open until January 24, 2021.
