The Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes (ANATEL) has published Ordinance No. 2257. This ordinance establishes the Internal Procedure for the Simplified Analysis of Approval Requirements for Telecommunications Products.
Evaluation through simplified analysis is not valid for:
I – Mobile Phone Charger;
II – Inductive Charger for Mobile Phones;
III – Lithium battery used in Mobile Phones;
IV – Accessory for mobile phone of auxiliary battery type (power bank); and
V – All products evaluated in the form of Declaration of Conformity.
