The “Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicacoes” (ANATEL) has confirmed that Point-to-Multipoint (P2MP) antenna used exclusively for Restrict Radiation Devices (Unlicensed Radios), does not need to be approved in Brazil anymore, even if its gain is higher than 8dBi.
