ANATEL has published Resolution Nº 705 which amends the regulation on Radiocommunication Equipment of Restricted Radiation as stated in Resolution Nº 680 in the following manner:
- Article 1 – Include new subsection V to 3 of Article 7 of the Regulation of Radiocommunication Equipment of Restricted Radiation – Cable Locating Equipment in the 90 kHz to 110 kHz radio frequency range, provided there is a technical requirement for its certification.
- Article 2 – Amend the table of Radio Frequency bands usable by restricted radiation equipment with alternative emission limits. The technical specifications are provided in Annex 1.
