Chile announced last October that they would no longer be allowing modular approvals of devices, but instead would be allowing only end device approval, with a requirement that the test reports must show end device testing. While they still only allow end device approval, they are allowing the test reports to show the approved module, as long as there are declaration letters AND high resolution internal pictures showing the module in the host device, clearly depicting the module label (or name and brand).
