The SEC then issued Resolution 23325/2018 that modifies Protocol PE 8/8:2016 concerning the application of Clause 4.7 of the standard IEC 60950-1:2005+Corr.1:2006 in the follow up processes of chargers for mobile phones.

The modification states: “In follow up processes, the tests of clause 4.7 can be done with or without the 7 days conditioning of samples in a circulating air oven.”
