On July 11, 2022, the Autorité de Régulation de la Poste et des Télécommunications du Congo (ARPTC) published Order No. 34/2022, which updates the Type Approval Regulations for terminal equipment and radio installations.
For new applications, Type Approval certificates will now be valid for 5 years instead of 2 years. In addition, a sample of the device may be requested.
