The Department of Telecommunications (TEC) has released a notification on the certificate validity for MTCTE. In an effort to reduce the burden on manufacturers, the validity of Regular Mandatory Testing and Certification of Telecommunication Equipment (MTCTE) certificates has been extended from 5 years to 10 years. This is effective immediately.
