BIS announces the re-engineering of the SMART registration process and the discontinuation of hard copy test reports. The new process allows for project test reports to be submitted online with no manual testing reports accepted after May 31, 2020.
It is important to note, BIS recognized laboratories are hereby directed to issue all the test reports under SMART Registration by uploading them on CRS website on the same day or the next day after the test report. Failing to meet this time frame could cause the test reports to be rejected.
