As a follow up to our February post, TEC announced in April that ILAC test reports of all products under MTCTE Phase III are accepted till June 30, 2022 provided samples for testing were received on or before January 31, 2022. In addition, supporting documentation such as a “Receipt letter indicating acceptance of sample by lab on or before January 31, 2022” along with the test report is required for MTCTE approval.
Please note, all other conditions mentioned in the Notification issued vide 5-2/2021-TC/TEC/112 dated January 31,2022 shall remain effective. The announcement can be viewed here.
