The Directorate General of Resources and Equipment of Post and Information Technology (SDPPI) of Indonesia has issued regulation Nº 5/2021 concerning technical standards for 5G NR equipment.
The regulation became effective on May 3, 2021 and defines the frequency bands allowed for 5G NR equipment as N1; N3; N5; N8 and N40. The validity of the certificates issued will be for 3 years.
