According to SDPPI announcement in NOMOR : 406/DJSDPPI/SP.04/09/05/2019, SDPPI has stated that local testing is not required for wireless devices and EMC test reports will be accepted.
The following conditions apply:
- Test reports are accepted from SDPPI accredited labs only
- International Laboratories recognition in this regulation is done based on criteria:
a. The laboratory has the capacity to do testing on telecommunication device based on the technical requirement stated by Indonesia.
b. Has laboratory accreditation certificate based on ISO/IEC 17025
c. Laboratory is registered as a member of the Global Certification Forum (GCF) an/or Cellular Telecommunication and Internet Association (CTIA) - This policy is valid for 6 months in conjunction with NOMOR 138 announcement
