The Japanese Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) has made regulatory amendments for wireless device certification labeling. Two existing Ordinances were revised to establish provisions for e-labeling as well as altering the size of the Giteki Mark to “the size which allows anyone to distinguish the mark easily.” Previously the Mark was 3 mm or larger.
