The Telecommunications Regulation Commission (TRC) has entered into agreement with 3 operators to enable the launch of 5G technology in Jordan. According to the Jordan Times, they must launch the 5G services commercially in a period of no more than 18 months from the license date.
Portions of the 3400-3800 MHz frequency band will be assigned to the 5G operators.
