The Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK) has published Guidelines on the Use of Radiofrequency Spectrum by Short Range Devices.
The updated guidelines include:
- The addition of Ultra-wide bands in the frequencies 3100 – 4800 MHz and 6000 – 9000 MHz.
- Allocating spectrum for Wi-Fi 6E equipment in the frequency bands 5925-6425 MHz
