On July 25, 2022, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) released Class Assignment No. 2 of 2022. This Assignment replaces Class Assignment No.1 2021 and is in effect immediately.
Summary of changes include:
- Implement of WIFI 6E
- Short Range Device changes in WIFI frequency 5150 – 5350 MHz
- Wireless Microphone addition of 5725 MHz – 5850 MHz
- Addition of 2 New Schedules that include PLB and UAS ( Drone)
