The “Comision Nacional de Telecomunicaciones” or CONATEL opens bands for RFID devices in Paraguay. The Official Gazette of the Republic of Paraguay dated September 3, 2018 noted the new Resolution Nº 898/2018 which states that CONATEL has opened the 865-868MHz bands for use by RFID devices. As long as the devices meet the established technical rules, RFID devices can now receive type approval in these bands.
