The Philippines National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), has issued Memorandum Order No. 002-04-2021-A , to temporarily extend the validity for permits, certificates, and licenses.
The Order states that all existing radio operator certificates, permits, certificates and licenses to operate communications equipment, networks and facilities, public, government or private, in various radio services issued by the NTC, expiring within March 22, 2021 to June 30, 2021 shall continue to be valid until August 31, 2021.
Holders of certificates within the validity period stated above, may choose to file for the renewal of their certificates, permits and licenses within the same period or until August 31, 2021, without penalties.
