On August 29, 2018 The National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) published Memorandum Circular 06-08-2018, that updated Section 1 and 2 of Memorandum Circular MC 03-05-2007. The official publication can be viewed here.
The primary change is the allocation of the of the 6.0-8.5 GHZ frequency range for Ultra-Wide Band use. The technical parameters below should not be exceeded by any function of the equipment or by any means:
Type of SRD – UWB
Frequency Band – 6.0-8.5 GHz
Maximum Mean EIRP – -41.3 dBm/MHz.
