Rwanda Utilities and Regulatory Authority (RURA) issued its updated Guidelines 008/G/R/SM-ICT/RURA/2019 of 15/11/2019 on the Use of Short Range Devices, which can be viewed here.
These guidelines outline the operational requirements, define the technical parameters and type approval requirements that govern the use of SRDs in the allocated frequency bands in Rwanda according to the National Table of Frequency Allocation (NTFA). All SRDs must comply with these new guidelines by February 15, 2020.
