The Office of the Regulator (OOTR) in Samoa has approved Order of the Regulator No. 2021/T02, requiring manufacturers and importers of telecommunications equipment to affix the trademark label below on devices after receiving Type Approval.
The logo must be added to the packaging, warranty forms, manual, websites, brochures and the device itself. Electronic labeling is allowed on products with a built in display.
The new labeling requirements became effective June 23, 2021.
