The Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications et des Postes (ARTP) has published Decision No. 2021-011 on September 9, 2021, defining the conditions for prior approval of terminal equipment and radio installations.
The main change in the regulation are as follows:
- A sample will be requested
- The validity term has been changed to 5 years
- A label has been drafted for the certificate
Please note, at this time ARTP is in the process of building a laboratory for testing and the implementation date is set for January 2022.
