The National Communication Commission of Taiwan (NCC) has revised its “Regulation on Low Power Radio Frequency Equipment” subsequent to a public consultation held in December 2023.
Following this revision, it is now possible to obtain approvals for devices operating within the frequency range of 5.945 GHz to 6.425 GHz.
