Thailand – Changes in Type Approval Process for Cellular Devices

The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand announced a change in the type approval process for cellular devices. The change effects the technical standard  NBTC TS 1027-2560 for the evolving UMTS terrestrial wireless access (E-UTRA) technology for international telecommunications (IMT) (technical standard of LTE equipment).
