On December 30, 2022, the telecommunications authority Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes (ARCEP) published Decision N°226/ARCEP/DG/22. This Decision determines the categories and technical conditions for Short-Range Devices (SRDs) and it is now in effect.
