The Vietnam Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) has issued Circular 10/2023/TT-BTTTT, which delays the implementation of a number of QCVN standards related to the Circular 04/2023/TT-BTTTT.
Here are the key points of Circular 10/2023/TT-BTTTT:
- QCVN standards related to 5G terminal equipment and 5G mobile phones are suspended until December 31, 2023.
- Type approval certificates issued under Circular 04/2023/TT-BTTTT and Circular 10/2023/TT-BTTTT (with normal condition testing) will be valid until December 31, 2023.
- An extension of time has been provided for testing in extreme situations for QCVN standards related to 2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi devices.
- The implementation of the QCVN standard for 76~77 GHz vehicle radar is suspended until June 30, 2024.
